Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Steve

"I've spent 30 years in project and programme management — 20 years in the private sector and 10 in the public sector — delivering everything from grass-roots project work through to board-level programme leadership. As a former Regional Programme Director in the NHS, I bring a wealth of expertise in 'getting things done'. I've personally delivered projects in excess of £100 million, and saved the NHS £6 million on a single project within one year. I'm certified in PRINCE2, MSP, and Agile, and I bring that experience to every engagement."

Best regards,
Steve Snead

Our Approach

Plan properly, communicate constantly, deliver on budget

Every engagement starts with a clear scope, a realistic programme, and a named project manager who owns delivery end to end. We work as an extension of your team, not a detached consultancy.

  • One named project manager as your single point of contact
  • Transparent reporting — you always know status, risk, and budget position
  • Methodology matched to the project: PRINCE2/MSP structure for regulated, milestone-driven programmes, Agile for iterative digital delivery, or a bespoke approach to align with your business
  • Fixed-fee, day-rate, or embedded/interim engagement models
Who We Work With

Business and public sector organisations across the region

We support clients who need dedicated project management capacity without carrying a full-time PMO — from public sector bodies running transformation programmes, to IT and digital teams delivering system change, to business leaders running Digital, AI, and agile change initiatives.

Every engagement is scoped around the outcome you need, not a generic template.
