Our Approach to AI
At West Midlands Project Management, we use artificial intelligence as a tool to support our work — not to replace the judgement, experience, and accountability our clients rely on.
We may use AI to assist with tasks such as drafting documentation, research, and administrative support. Every deliverable is reviewed, verified, and approved by a certified project or programme manager before it reaches you. AI does not make decisions on your project, set your risk ratings, or sign off your governance — that responsibility remains with us.
We do not input confidential client, commercial, or personal data into public AI tools. Where AI is used in our own delivery processes, it operates within controlled, access-limited environments consistent with our data protection obligations.
As specialists in Digital and AI transformation, we also help clients think through their own responsible AI adoption — so this isn't just a policy statement, it reflects how we work with clients too.
If you have questions about how AI is used in relation to your engagement, we're happy to discuss it directly — contact us at [email protected].
