Everything this website stores in your browser, why it is there, and how to get rid of it.

1. The short version
This website sets no cookies of its own. It uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind, and it loads no third-party script, font, pixel or embed. The three items listed below are the only things stored in your browser, and all three are strictly necessary.
2. What counts as a cookie here
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. The law that governs them in the United Kingdom — the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations — covers anything stored on or read from your device, not only files called cookies. Browser local storage counts too, so we list it here alongside the cookies rather than leaving it out on a technicality.

4. Why we do not ask you to accept anything
Consent is required for storage that is not strictly necessary. Everything in the table above is strictly necessary: two items keep the site available under automated traffic, and the third exists only to stop the notice reappearing on every page you visit. There is nothing here to consent to, so the notice on this site tells you what happens rather than asking you to agree to it.
The typefaces used on this site are served from this domain. They used to be requested from Google Fonts, which disclosed your IP address to Google before you had seen the page. That was changed on 1 September 2026 and no third-party request is made on any page now.
If we ever add analytics, advertising or an embedded third-party service, that becomes non-essential storage and we will ask for your consent before it loads. This page and our privacy and cookies policy will be updated at the same time.
5. How to control or remove it
You can clear or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings at any time, for this site or for every site. The relevant setting is usually under privacy, security or site data, depending on the browser. Blocking storage from this site will not stop it working; the cookie notice will simply appear again on each visit.
Blocking the two Cloudflare items may affect how the site responds under automated traffic, because they are what tells our host that you are a person.
